Devolución del cliente:

DE C.V.” siempre y cuando el empaque original del mismo se encuentre cerrado, el contenido esté completo y en perfecto estado para su venta. Empaques, manuales y accesorios deben ser originales y los sellos no deben haber sido violados.
Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables.
El plazo máximo para recibir una devolución de producto es de 15 días naturales a partir de la fecha de recepción del pedido.
