Stay on the Track – Honor Your Body While Taking HGH and Testosterone

Since you are taking HGH and Testosterone, you know firsthand how important it is to be disciplined and stay on top of the time and frequency of your injections.

If you were to waver in any direction, you risk not achieving the results that you desire. Now, fast forward to your fitness routine.

Suffice it to say, working out can bring the injection protocol you undergo to full circle.

You might want to call it a necessary evil.

But since exercise is not evil at all (unless you use a bad form like a nitwit), it’s more like a one-two punch when coupled with HGH and doctor administered testosterone injections.

Benefits of Exercise

To get right to the point, exercise can further promote weight loss, build muscle, strengthen your bones and just flat-out make you feel better about yourself.

And for all these reasons, you should quickly acquaint yourself with a solid workout program if you have not done so already.

Heart Rate Monitor

All this being said, another disciplinary act you should entertain is tracking.

Unless you’ve been spending most of your time living under a bridge at the far end of town, you have likely heard of these devices called wearables.

A wearable is a tracker that gives you important feedback like distance traveled, heart rate, calories burned, elevation gained and hours slept.

One of the most popular gadgets in this category is a heart rate monitor.

These come equipped with a chest strap and watch. The chest strap contains a transmitter that refers information to your wrist through space, making it easy and convenient for you to know your intensity at all points during your workouts.

Why is this important? Well, to put it simply, it keeps you honest.

Far too often, people think they are working out hard enough to achieve results. But in reality, they are fooling themselves.

Just saying, “I do interval training” doesn’t mean jack squat.

You may THINK you are working out intensely but might not be maximizing your efforts in the gym.

Best Practices

The truth of the matter is you should be putting your foot on the accelerator hard, at least three days a week through the medium of REAL high-intensity interval training.

This type of training makes your HGH and testosterone levels spike off the charts.

And because of that fact right there, it is the type of exercise that you NEED to do on a regular basis. Enter the heart rate monitor.

How to Make the Magic Happen

In the grand scheme of things, you can playfully run on a treadmill or step on a stair machine like a gerbil for hours on end, thinking you are doing your body justice.

And there’s no doubt you will likely burn some fat. Bicep flex icon

But the true way to get dialed in is by checking your heart rate regularly.

There is no easier way to do this than with a heart rate monitor.

From a physiological perspective, your max heart rate is 220 minus your age.

For example, if you are 50 years old, your max heart rate would be 170 beats per minute (bpm).

When you get your heart rate up to say 90 percent of your max, you are now going to get the benefit of an elevated metabolism for 24 to 48 hours after your workout, as well as a boost in HGH and testosterone.

To expand on this, you only need to do a total of 4 minutes at this high intensity to get said benefits.

Yes, you heard correctly! It is a proven fact. And that’s where a heart rate monitor and true interval training come to the table.

You can hop on a treadmill or go outside and start jogging to warm up. Then gradually increase your intensity and peer down at your wrist to see where your heart rate is at.

If you are in fact 50 years old, and you are aiming for 90 percent heart rate max, you would need to hit 153 bpm.

Aim to hit that and stay there for 30 seconds. Then decrease your intensity for 60 to 90 seconds and hammer it again until you are back over the 153 marks.

Hold again for 30 seconds and continue this pattern until you’ve accumulated four total minutes at 153 or above.

Finish with a light cool down and you’re done.

Honor Your Body

If you take your HGH and testosterone injections seriously, then you should definitely get strapped up with a heart rate monitor too.

Just adding this small step into your overall plan of attack, you can look and feel better than you ever have and do it faster than you ever imagined.

All it takes is a little bit of time spent beyond your comfort zone.
